Travel medical kit
If you’re going overseas –
even if your destination isn’t particularly exotic
– it’s always a good idea to take some medical
supplies with you just in case.
Basic kit:
Diarrhoea remedy
Antiseptic cream
Tweezers
Scissors
Bite-soothing ointment
Antiseptic wipes
Rehydration salts
Bandages
Sterile gauze
Painkillers
Plasters
Syringes (sealed syringes can be bought at Boots and
other large chemists and are worth taking if you are
going to a remote location)
